Weekly Draw Dates:  6/4,  6/11,  6/18,  6/25,  7/2,  7/9,  716,  7/23,  7/30,  8/6,  8/13,  820,  8/27,  9/3,  910,  9/17 and 9/24.

Final Top Prize Drawing:  9/24/08

Rules:

• Only entries specific for this promotion will be accepted.
• You will receive one (1) entry for every $10 purchase of any Lottery product at the Alive After 5 Lottery booth
• There is no limit to the number of entries a player can enter.
• The player does NOT need to be present to win.
• It is the player’s responsibility to enter the correct contact information on the entry form. 
• The Lottery or representatives will not complete an entry form for any person.
• There will be one (1) drawing at each Alive After Five Event.
• Entries for the weekly $50 Gift Card are only valid for that specific weekly drawing but will also be entered for the final top prize draw. 
• All entries will be eligible for the final top prizes draw on 9/24/08.   
• Winner names will be posted on the Lottery’s website by 3:00 PM the following day.  If the winner is not present at time of draw, the Lottery will contact the winners by phone.
• The winner must contact the Lottery to collect the prize.
• The winner has 5 days, after the date of the draw, to contact the Lottery to collect the prize
• In the event the Lottery does not sell at an Alive After 5 event, the $50 gift card will roll-over to the next week’s draw making it worth $100.

The prize will be rolled into the next week’s prize pool in the event of the following:

• 1)   the winner cannot be notified due to incorrect or lack of contact information
• 3)   the winner cannot accept or participate in the promotion
• 5)   the tickets entered were illegally obtained or if a violation of any law or rules has occurred
• 6)  the winner is not of legal age to participate.

You must be 18 years of age to buy, sell, or redeem Lottery tickets in Idaho.  No one under 18 can participate in any Lottery promotion, giveaway or game.

Important winner details:

Winners will have 5 days, after the date of the draw, to contact the Lottery for collection of the prize. Every effort will be made to contact winners by the phone number that was provided by entrant.

Winners’ names will be published on the Idaho Lottery website no later than 3:00 PM MT the following day.

In the event a named winner is disqualified or does not step forward to claim their prize within the required time, the named winner will forfeit their claim to the position and the prize will included in the following week’s drawing.

• You must complete a claim form.

To claim the 1,000 top prize:

• You have to claim this top prize at the Idaho Lottery office in Boise (1199 Shoreline Lane Boise, Idaho
