RULES:

Dates of Promotion: September 12, 2008 – November 21, 2008 at 12:00 PM (noon) MT

How To Enter:

Idaho Lottery VIP players redeem 300 Idaho Lottery VIP Club points at the VIP Store to purchase one entry into a drawing for a chance to win a pair of Stueckle Sky Suite tickets for the designated BSU home football game.

You must click on the specific game icon that you wish to purchase the entry for. You can purchase as many entries you like.

 

Entry Dates:  (All times listed are in Mountain Time)

Louisiana Tech game drawing:     9/12/08 to 12:00 PM (noon) on 9/20/08

Hawaii game drawing:                   9/12/08 to 12:00 PM (noon) on 10/8/08

Utah State drawing:                       9/12/08 to 12:00 PM (noon) on 10/31/08

Fresno State drawing:                   9/12/08 to 12:00 PM (noon) on 11/21/08

 

Dates of the games:

  • 10/1/08 –  BSU vs. Louisiana Tech
  • 10/17/08 –  BSU vs Hawaii
  • 11/8/08 –  BSU vs. Utah State
  • 11/28/08 -  BSU vs Fresno State

Specific Purchase/Entry Rules:

  • Player must purchase an entry into the specific game they want to attend. 
  • Entries will not be carried over to the next drawing. 
  • The tickets provided are for the specific game that the player purchased the entry for. 
  • Tickets cannot be used for any other game(s).

Winners names will be posted by 3:00 PM on the following dates:

First drawing:        9/22/08

Second drawing:  10/10/08

Third drawing:      11/3/08

Fourth drawing:    11/24/08

Prize: Two Stueckle Sky Suite tickets for the designated BSU home football game.  Tickets are valued at $366.00 each.

Official Rules:

  • Only Idaho Lottery VIP Members can participate in this drawing.
  • Entries can only be purchased with Idaho Lottery VIP Points through the Idaho Lottery VIP Club Store.
  • Purchased entries are treated like any other merchandise purchase through the VIP Club Store.
  • Any entries purchased with VIP points that are found to be accumulated through any violation of the VIP Club rules and/or policies will be disqualified from this draw. 
  • The Lottery will not enter any information for any person.
  • It is the player’s responsibility to input and maintain current and correct contact information.
  • One (1) 300 VIP Point purchase is considered one (1) entry.
  • Players can purchase as many entries as they would like.
  • All entries must be purchased within the required time as listed in the “Entry Dates” section.
  • Tickets provided are for specific games and cannot be used for any other game.
  • Winner names will be posted on the Lottery’s website.
  • .The Lottery will contact the winners by phone and e-mail.
  • The winner must contact the Lottery Security Division within 48 hours of the notification.

Posting or announcement of winners drawn does not officiate winning status until the winner and winning entries have been verified by Lottery officials.

An alternate winner will be chosen and contacted in the event of the following:

  • 1)   the winner cannot be notified due to incorrect or lack of contact information
  • 2)   the winner is disqualified for violation of VIP Club rules or policies
  • 3)   the points were accumulated through fraudulent means
  • 4)   the winner has not contacted the Lottery within the required time
  • 5)   the winner cannot accept or participate in the promotion
  • 6)   the winner is not 18 years of age

You must be 18 years of age to buy, sell, or redeem Lottery tickets in Idaho.  No one under 18 can participate in any Lottery promotion, giveaway or game.

Important winner details:

Winners will have 48 hours, after notification and posting on the website, to contact the Lottery Security Division. Every effort will be made to contact winners by phone and e-mail information that was provided by entrant.

Winners’ names will be published on the Idaho Lottery website no later than 3:00 PM MTon dates listed.

In the event a named winner cannot accept or participate, an alternate will be chosen and contacted.  The alternate will then have 12 hours to claim their prize.

In the event a named winner does not step forward to claim their prize within the required time, the named winner will forfeit their claim to the position and an alternate will be chosen and contacted. The alternate will then have 12 hours to claim their prize.

To claim your prize in person at the Idaho Lottery office in Boise (1199 Shoreline Lane Boise, Idaho:

    • Contact the Idaho Lottery Security Division immediately at 208-334-2277.
    • Claims must be made in person at the Lottery Offices in Boise.
    • You must complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can get these forms off of the Idaho Lottery website.
    • When you visit the Lottery Offices in Boise, you will need the completed claim form, claim form addendum and photo identification to claim your prize.

To claim your prize by fax:

    • Contact the Idaho Lottery Security Division immediately at 208-334-2277.
    • You must also complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can get these forms from the Idaho Lottery website. (www.idaholottery.com)
    • Make a copy of your photo identification.
    • Fax the copies of the completed claim form, claim form addendum and your photo identification to Lottery Offices.
