HOW TO PLAY:
Make a minimum $5 purchase on any one Lotto game ticket and receive a voucher with a “collect & win” letter. Collect the letters that spell out “USA” and enter your vouchers through the VIP Club for a chance to win $10,000, $5,000 or $1,000 in cash! Entries must be received no later than September 7, 2008 at 11:59 am MT. You will receive only ONE voucher per ticket. For example, if you purchase a $10 Hot Lotto Sizzler ticket, you will receive ONE voucher for that transaction. You cannot receive a voucher for multiple tickets adding up to $5 (example: five $1 Powerball tickets). Multi-draw tickets will only receive one voucher if the minimum $5 per draw specification is met.

ELIGIBLE PURCHASES: Purchase a $5 Powerball, $5 Hot Lotto, $10 Hot Lotto Sizzler, $5 Wild Card, $5 Idaho Pick 3, $6 Hot Lotto Sizzler.
HOW TO ENTER:
Once you collect the letters “USA”,Click on the VIP "Click here to enter " image at the top of this page then sign-in to the VIP Club to enter your voucher number. If you are not a VIP Club member, it takes just a few minutes to sign-up, and best of all, it’s FREE. Once you sign-in, click on the “Enter tickets here” button and then enter in the 15-digits of the code appearing on each voucher for each “letter.”
Enter the last 15-digits of the code appearing on each voucher for each “letter.” IMPORTANT: You must retain all of your vouchers and present them to Lottery security officials for verification if you are drawn as a winner. (Duplicate entries will be rejected). (See the "RULES" page for details).
