TRIP TO Las Vegas for The Price Is Right™ Experience Game. Trip includes a four-day, three-night trip for two to Las Vegas including airfare, deluxe accommodations, ground transportation to/from the airport, hotel and studio. The winner(s) shall also receive two tickets to the show, and $5,000 in cash. (See Complete Prize Details for more information).
Total value of prize: $9,500. Merchandise portion of prize includes Federal and State tax withholding. The winner is responsible for tax on the $5,000.
Winners have a chance to be a contestant on The Price Is Right Experience Game where they could win up to $1,000,000 in cash and prizes.

HOW TO ENTER:
Enter the QUALIFYING scratch ticket number located on the back of the ticket just above the barcode via the Idaho Lottery website at or through the Idaho Lottery tele-entry system at 208-334-4656.

First Trip Prize: Entries accepted up to noon (12:00 AM MT) on 4/26/09.

Rules:
- Only on-line (Internet) and telephone entries will be accepted.
- Mail in entries will NOT be accepted.
- The Idaho Lottery will not enter any information for any person.
- You may enter each qualifying ticket number only once. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
- It is the player’s responsibility to correctly input the scratch ticket numbers and current contact information
- Two qualifying Idaho Lottery Price Is Right™ scratch tickets are considered one (1) entry.
- You must keep your entered tickets for presentation to Idaho Lottery Officials for winner/entry verification.
- All entries for the first trip must be entered by 4/26/09 at 12:00 AM (noon) MT.
- All entries for the second trip must be entered by 9/13/09 at 12:00 AM (noon) MT.
- Entries will be eligible for both prizes until the trip winners are drawn. After the first trip winner has been drawn, all remaining entries, along with those entered until 9/13/09 at 12:00 AM (noon), will be included in the second trip prize draw.
- The winner of the first trip will be ineligible to enter the draw for the second trip drawing.
- The trip is non-transferable. The person who submits the entry is the person who must claim the prize and take the trip.
- If the trip winner is under 21 years of age, they must be accompanied by a person who is at least 21 on the trip.
- The trip may not be redeemed for cash.
- Any changes or upgrades to trip itinerary are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Winner names will be posted on the Lottery’s website by 3:00 PM of the announcement date.
- The Idaho Lottery will contact the winners by phone and/or e-mail.
- The winner must contact the Idaho Lottery within 72 hours of the notification.
- Players are responsible to ensure their VIP and contact information is current.
- The Grand Prize Trip winner and guest, airfare for two (2) round trip coach class tickets shall be booked on a major airline, as defined by the Federal Aviation Administration, from either the Boise or Spokane airport(s) to McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas.
- The Grand Prize Trip includes one (1) double occupancy room at a first-class or best accommodations hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada for three (3) nights.
- The five thousand dollars ($5,000) cash portion of the Grand Prize will be issued by the Idaho Lottery to the winner two weeks prior to the departure of his or her trip.
- The Grand Prize Trip does not include: mileage, insurance, gratuities, meals, parking fees, departure fees, excess baggage fees, alcoholic beverages (other than those served without charge at any reception and/or party), any items not expressly specified and personal expenses such as telephone calls, valet service, laundry and the like, as well as revision or cancellation fees which may be charged by the hotel, or other suppliers.
- If the Prizewinner is traveling via air, and Prizewinner fails to show at the designated time of departure, the balance of his or her trip shall be forfeited with the exception of the $5,000 prize money less any withholding taxes.
- If the Prizewinner fails to check in to the hotel when he or she arrives in Las Vegas, the balance of the trip prize shall be forfeited with the exception of the $5,000 prize money less any withholding taxes.
- If the Prizewinner fails to arrive at the theater for his or her scheduled Price is Right Experience Game, that portion of his or her prize shall be forfeited.
- The winners, designee(s), or guest must have a valid credit card or shall be required to post cash deposit for incidentals to check into the hotel.
- MDI shall withhold from the prizes to be paid by MDI (including the Big Money Spin Prizes) and make withholding tax payments to the appropriate agencies for Federal and State withholding tax for the Prizewinners and the Prizewinners shall receive a W-2G from MDI.
Posting or announcement of winners drawn does not confirm winning status until the winner and winning entries have been verified by Idaho Lottery officials.
An alternate for the trip will be chosen and contacted in the event of the following:
- 1) the winner cannot be notified due to incorrect or lack of contact information
- 2) the winner has not contacted the Idaho Lottery within the required time
- 3) the winner cannot accept or participate in the promotion
- 4) the winner is not 21 years of age and cannot find a person 21 years or older to accompany them on the trip
- You must be 18 years of age to buy, sell, or redeem Idaho Lottery tickets in Idaho. No one under 18 can participate in any Idaho Lottery promotion, giveaway or game.
Important winner details:
Winners of the trip will have 72 hours, after notification and posting on the website, to contact the Idaho Lottery Security Division. Every effort will be made to contact winners by phone and e-mail information that was provided by entrant.
Winners’ names will be published on the Idaho Lottery website no later than 3:00 PM MTon all announcement dates.
In the event a named winner cannot accept or participate in the trip, an alternate will be chosen and contacted. The alternate will then have 72 hours to claim their prize.
In the event a named winner does not step forward to claim their prize within the required time, the named winner will forfeit their claim to the position and an alternate will be chosen and contacted. The alternate will then have 72 hours to claim their prize.
Winners drawn must verify their selection at Idaho Lottery offices within 24 hours of stepping forward as the winner.
To claim your prize in person at the Idaho Lottery office in Boise (1199 Shoreline Lane Boise, Idaho:
- Contact the Idaho Lottery Security Division immediately at 208-334-2277.
- Sign and complete the information on the back of the selected, non-winning Idaho Lottery Price Is Right™ scratch tickets.
- Winners must present the selected tickets to Idaho Lottery Officials to process their claim.
- Possession of the non-winning tickets is the only method the Idaho Lottery has to verify your claim.
- Claims must be made in person at the Idaho Lottery Offices in Boise.
- You must complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can get these forms off of the Idaho Lottery website. (www.idaholottery.com)
- When you visit the Idaho Lottery Offices in Boise, you will need the selected Idaho Lottery non-winning Price Is Right™ scratch tickets, the claim form, claim form addendum and photo identification to claim your prize..
To claim your prize by fax:
- Contact the Idaho Lottery Security Division immediately at 208-334-2277.
- Sign and complete the information on the back of the selected, Idaho Lottery non-winning Price Is Right™ scratch tickets.
- Make a copy of the back of the selected tickets.
- You must also complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can get these forms from the Idaho Lottery website. (www.idaholottery.com)
- Make a copy of your photo identification.
- Fax the copies of the selected tickets, claim form, claim form addendum and your photo identification to Idaho Lottery Offices.

COMPLETE PRIZE DETAILS:
The Price is Right® trip is a four-day, three-night trip for the prizewinner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, Nevada. Each trip includes coach airfare for two (2) from any U.S. International airport to McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas, all ground transfers between the airport and the hotel and studio, accommodations of one (1) deluxe hotel room for three (3) nights and five thousand dollars ($5,000) spending money to be mailed two weeks prior to departure of the trip.
The Grand Prize Trip also includes one ticket for The Price is Right Experience Game for the Prizewinner and his or her guest. At their scheduled Experience Game, each Prizewinner will be randomly mixed with other Price is Right® Prizewinners from participating lotteries and assigned to one (1) of four (4) color coded groups of six (6) Prizewinners upon entering the Price is Right® theater. Prizewinners’ guests will sit with them in their color coded section but will not be eligible to be contestants or split prizes. One (1) Prizewinner from each color group will then be randomly selected to “Come On Down!” to Contestant’s Row and bid on an item for a chance to go on stage and participate as a Prizewinner Contestant in The Price is Right® Experience Game with the host and play one (1) of the famous Price is Right® pricing games..
Four (4) new audience participants will be selected for each round. In all, twenty-four (24) Prizewinners will visit Contestant’s Row during each show and six (6) Prizewinner Contestants will play pricing games on stage and vie for a chance to participate in the SHOWCASE SHOWDOWN™ for a chance to win a Price is Right® prize package.
At the conclusion of each day’s game show(s) (up to a maximum of two shows per day), one final random drawing will be conducted among the Prizewinners to select one Prizewinner from each color coded group for a total of four (4) Prizewinners to go up on stage and each spin the Big Money wheel for a chance to qualify to win up to one million dollars ($1,000,000). Each of the four selected Prizewinners for the Big Money Spin will get to spin the Big Money Wheel up to two (2) times during the Big Money Spin.
- If the Prizewinner’s spin lands on the one dollar ($1.00) mark on the wheel, they qualify to spin the Big Money wheel in the million dollar wheel spin.
- If the Prizewinner’s first spin lands on a value less than one dollar ($1.00), the Prizewinner has the option to spin the wheel a second time. If the sum of the two (2) spins equals one dollar ($1.00), then the Prizewinner qualifies to spin the Big Money wheel in the million dollar wheel spin.
- If the sum of the two (2) spins is less than one dollar ($1.00) then the Prizewinner wins ten thousand (10,000) times the sum of the two (2) spins (Ex: Spin 1 = $.35, Spin 2 = $.50 Sum of 2 spins = $.85, $.85 x 10,000 = $8,500).
- If the sum of the two (2) spins is greater than one dollar ($1.00) then the Prizewinner wins a consolation prize of one thousand dollars ($1,000).
- If the Prizewinner chooses to opt out of spinning the Big Money wheel after their first spin lands on an amount less than one dollar ($1.00), then the Prizewinner wins 10,000 times of the amount on which the Big Money spin landed (Ex: Spin 1 = $.35, opted out of Spin 2 = $.00 1 spin = $.35, $.35 x 10,000 = $3,500).
- Million Dollar Wheel Spin: All qualifying players from Round 1 of the Big Money spin may spin the wheel one more time to play for a one million dollar prize ($1,000,000).
- If the Prizewinner’s spin stops on $1.00 then the Prizewinner wins $1,000,000.
- If the Prizewinner’s spin stops on $0.05 or $0.15 then the Prizewinner wins $100,000.
- If the Prizewinner’s spin stops on anything other than $1.00, $0.05 or $0.15 the Prizewinner wins $10,000.
- NOTE: The procedures for the Big Money Wheel Spin shall be determined by MDI.
Prizes won on the Experience Game by the Prizewinner Contestants shall be paid or awarded by FremantleMedia. Federal withholding taxes shall be withheld by FremantleMedia, through Harrah’s accounting system, from the cash prizes won during the Experience Games and the appropriate tax formshall be provided to the Prizewinners with a copy to the Lottery. If a Prizewinner Contestant chooses to keep merchandise prizes won during the Experience Games FremantleMedia, through Harrah’s accounting system, shall submit the appropriate tax forms to the appropriate agencies and the Prizewinner Contestant shall be responsible for paying the taxes on the value of the merchandise prizes. Federal and state withholding taxes, if applicable, shall be withheld by MDI from the Big Money Spin cash prizes. A check shall be mailed to the Prizewinner ten (10) business days after he or she has returned from the Grand Prize trip and a W-2G form shall be provided to the Prizewinners with a copy to the Lottery.
