Enter your voucher for a chance to win various prizes. There will be three winners for each drawing. Promotion Available: October 1, 2009 until noon (12:00) MT on November 24, 2009. How To Enter: Purchase any $10 Idaho Lottery draw game ticket at a participating Jacksons Food Store and receive a voucher. Voucher numbers can be entered through the Idaho Lottery’s VIP Club website. Go to vip.idaholottery.com and click on the VIP Club “Enter Here” button. Tele-Entry is NOT available for this promotion. Prize(s): GAME 1 – Boise State versus San Jose State on October 31, 2009 – Kick-off is 1 p.m. Top Prize is a $500 Jacksons Gas Card, 2nd Place is Sideline Passes for next BSU home game (value of $250), 3rd Place is Powerball/PowerPlay Tickets for a year (value $208). GAME 2 – Boise State versus Idaho on November 14, 2009 – Kick-off is 1 p.m. Top Prize is a $750 Jacksons Gas Card, 2nd Place is Sideline Passes for next BSU home game (value of $250), 3rd Place is Powerball/PowerPlay Tickets for a year (value $208). GAME 3 – Boise State versus Nevada on November 27, 2009 – Kick-off is T.B.D. Top Prize is a $1000 Jacksons Gas Card, 2nd Place is Sideline Passes for next BSU home game (value of $250), 3rd Place is Powerball/PowerPlay Tickets for a year (value $208). GAME 4 – Boise State versus New Mexico State on December 5, 2009 – Kick-off is 1 p.m. Top Prize is the trip to the Virginia Tech game next season. 2nd Place is a $1250 Jacksons Gas Card, 3rd Place is $10 Powerball/PowerPlay Tickets for a year (value $1040). Top Prize Details: A five day, four night trip for two to Washington, D.C. to see Boise State play Virginia Tech at Fed Ex Field on October 2, 2010. Airfare, transfers, game day transportation, four night accommodations, and game tickets are included. Due to non-published airfares for next year, the value of the trip can only be estimated. We will have a value for the trip in November. It is estimated at: $3,500 - $4,750. In the event the game is canceled, the winner will win a travel voucher from Global Travel for an equivalent value of the trip, not to exceed $4,750. All three finalists will appear at the next home game for an on-field giveaway. Three (3) other winners will be selected from each draw to win a pair of tickets to the next upcoming home game. All Finalists should provide their own way to the Stadium (except for the game on Dec. 5). All Finalists should meet at the Lottery Events Trailer in the SE Stadium parking lot 45 minutes prior to kick-off for the first three games. The final game on December 5, finalists will meet at the Lottery office to process the required paper work prior to departure to the Stadium. Finalists need to arrive 2 hours prior to Kick-off on December 5, 2009. No out-of-area transportation costs to Boise are allowed. Claimants may have a proxy for the on-field giveaway portion of the event, however, claimant is responsible for any taxable event. All entries are good for all drawings except for entries that are selected as winners. Winning entries are no longer eligible for prizes once they are chosen, however the player is still allowed to play and win another prize. Winner(s) Will Be Posted On The Website: No later than 3:00 PM MT the day after the drawing. Rules: Only on-line (Internet) entries will be accepted. Mail in entries and tele-entries will NOT be accepted. It is the player’s responsibility to enter the correct voucher numbers and contact information. You must be an Idaho Lottery VIP Club member to enter through the website. Players are responsible to ensure their VIP and contact information is current. The Lottery will not enter any information for any person. The Lottery cannot make any changes to any entry. Only one (1) voucher entry will be provided for any $10 or more single Idaho Lottery draw game purchase. Only qualified purchases at a participating Jacksons Food Store during the designated dates/times will produce a voucher for this promotion. You *cannot* receive a voucher for multiple tickets adding up to or exceeding $10 (Example: 5 -$2 PowerPlay purchases). Multi-draw tickets, with a value of $10 or more, will provide only one (1) voucher. One voucher is considered as one (1) entry. Merchandise prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prize(s) are not transferable. You may enter each voucher only once. All duplicate entries will be disqualified. You must keep your entered vouchers for presentation to Lottery Officials for winner/entry verification. Prizes will not be awarded without verification of the voucher from the winning entry. Entries will only be accepted from 10/1/09 until noon on 11/24/09 MT. The Lottery will post the name of the winner on the website no later than 3:00 PM MT on the day after the drawing. The Lottery will try to contact the winners by phone immediately after the draw. The winner must contact the Lottery within seventy two (72) hours of notification. Posting or announcement of winners drawn does not determine winning status until the winner and winning entries have been verified by Lottery officials. An alternate for the prizes will be chosen and contacted in the event of the following: 1) the winner cannot be notified due to incorrect or lack of contact information 2) the winning entries cannot be verified by the Lottery 3) the winner has not contacted the Lottery within the required time 4) the winner cannot accept or participate in the promotion 5) the tickets entered were illegally obtained or if a violation of any law or rules has occurred 6) the winner is not of legal age to participate. You must be 18 years of age to buy, sell, or redeem Lottery tickets in Idaho. Persons under 18 cannot participate in any Lottery promotion, giveaway or game. Important winner details: The winner will have seventy two (72) hours, after the winners’ name has been posted on the website, to contact the Lottery Security Division. Every effort will be made to contact the winner by the phone number provided by entrant. The Idaho Lottery will post the winners’ name on the website no later than 3:00 PM MT the day after the drawing. In the event a named winner is disqualified or does not step forward to claim their prize within the required time, the named winner will forfeit their claim to the prize and an alternate will be chosen and contacted. The alternate will then have twenty four hours (24)hours from notification to claim their prize. To claim your prize in person at the Idaho Lottery office in Boise (1199 Shoreline Lane Boise, Idaho: Contact the Idaho Lottery Security Division at 208-334-2277. Sign and complete the information on the back of the selected voucher. Winner must present the selected voucher to Lottery Officials to process their claim. Possession of the selected voucher is the only method the Lottery has to verify your claim. You must complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can get these forms from the Idaho Lottery website (http://idaholottery.com/Forms/winclaim.pdf) or request them from the Lottery office. When you visit the Lottery office in Boise, you will need the selected voucher, completed claim form, claim form addendum and photo identification to claim your prize. To claim your prize by fax: Contact the Idaho Lottery Security Division at 208-334-2277. Sign and complete the information on the back of the selected voucher Make a copy of the back of the selected voucher. You must also complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can get these forms from the Idaho Lottery website (http://idaholottery.com/Forms/winclaim.pdf) or request them from the Lottery office. Make a copy of your photo identification. Fax the copies of the selected voucher, completed claim form, claim form addendum and your photo identification to the Lottery at 208-334-2391. Please play responsibly.
