Promotion Description:

Purchase a $10 Raffle ticket and receive a voucher to enter into the $1,000,000 Raffle Daily $100 draw. One winner will be drawn every day for 21 days.

ENTRY DATES:

Every Raffle ticket purchased between October 31, 2012 at 4:01 a.m. MT and November 20, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. MT will produce a voucher. All entries entered from 12:00 a.m. MT and 11:59 p.m. MT each day of the promotion will be eligible for the draw conducted on the next business day. Draws for the weekend and Holiday’s will occur on the next business day.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT DATES:

The winner will be announced by 3 p.m. MT on the following dates; 11/1/12, 11/2/12, 11/5/12, 11/6/12, 11/7/12, 11/8/12, 11/9/12, 11/13/12, 11/14/12, 11/15/12, 11/16/12, 11/19/12, 11/20/12, and 11/21/12.

How To Enter:

Purchase a $10.00 Raffle ticket and receive a voucher to enter into the $1,000,000 Raffle Daily $100 draw. To enter, go to www.idaholottery.com click on the VIP Club tab, log in, and then click on the “$1,000,000 Raffle Daily $100 draw” banner to enter the LAST 20 digits on your voucher. (See example for which numbers to enter) Voucher’s can only be entered one time for the drawing.

Rules:

• Only vouchers specific for this promotion will be accepted.
• Only on-line (Internet) entries will be accepted.
• Mail in entries will NOT be accepted.
• It is the player’s responsibility to enter the correct required ticket numbers and contact information.
• Players are responsible to ensure their VIP and contact information is current.
• The Lottery will not enter any information for any person.
• One voucher is considered one (1) entry.
• Prize(s) are not transferable.
• You may enter each ticket only once. Duplicate entries or tickets that have been previously entered will be disqualified.
• You must keep your entered voucher for presentation to Lottery Officials for winner/entry verification.
• Prizes will not be awarded without verification of the voucher from the winning entry.
• The Lottery will try to contact the winner by phone immediately after the draw.
• The winner must contact the Lottery within seventy two (72) hours of notification.

Posting or announcement of winners drawn does not determine winning status until the winner and winning entries have been verified by Lottery officials.

You must be at least 18 years of age to buy, sell, or redeem Lottery tickets in Idaho. Persons under 18 cannot participate in any Lottery promotion, giveaway or game.

An alternate winner will be selected in the event of the following:

• The winner cannot be notified due to incorrect or lack of contact information.
• The winner cannot accept or participate in the promotion.
• The entries submitted were illegally obtained or if a violation of any law or rules has occurred.
• The winner is not of legal age to participate.

Important winner details:

Winners will have 72 hours, after the date of the draw, to contact the Lottery for collection of the prize. Every effort will be made to contact winners by the phone number that was provided by entrant. In the event a named winner is disqualified or does not step forward to claim their prize within the required time, the named winner will forfeit their prize and an alternate will be selected.

• Contact the Idaho Lottery Security Division immediately at 208-334-2277.
• You must complete and sign a claim form and claim form addendum. You can get this form off of the Idaho Lottery website, (www.idaholottery.com).
• When you visit the Lottery Offices in Boise, you will need the claim form and government issued photo identification to claim your prize.

To claim your prize by fax:

• Contact the Idaho Lottery Security Division at 208-334-2277.
• Sign and complete the information on the back of the voucher.
• Make a copy of the back of the selected voucher.
• You must also complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can get these forms from the Idaho Lottery website (www.idaholottery.com) or request them from the Lottery office.
• Make a copy of your government issued photo identification.
• Fax the copies of the selected voucher, completed claim form, claim form addendum and your government issued photo identification to the Lottery at 208-334-2391.
