QUALIFYING ENTRY:

One (1) non-winning Idaho Lottery $5 Fantasy Blackjack Scratch ticket.

HOW TO ENTER:

Enter the QUALIFYING ticket numbers on-line through the Idaho Lottery VIP Club or the Fantasy Blackjack mobile app. The Fantasy Blackjack app can be downloaded for free on your mobile device or computer. You can access the VIP Club through the Idaho Lottery website at idaholottery.com. If you do not have web access, you can enter through the Lottery tele-entry system at 208-334-4656.

WINNER WILL BE POSTED ON THE WEBSITE:

No later than 3:00 PM MST on March 31, 2014.

PRIZE DETAILS:

Round trip airfare for two (2) between a major Idaho airport (or bordering state such as Spokane, WA) and Las Vegas, Nevada.

Deluxe hotel accommodations for two (2) persons (one (1) room), for four (4) days/three (3) nights at a Las Vegas, Nevada hotel.

Round trip ground transportation for two (2) between the applicable Las Vegas, Nevada airport and the hotel.

Spending money in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00).

Rules:

Only Online (Internet), Mobile App, and Tele-Entry entries will be accepted.

Mail in entries will NOT be accepted.

You must be an Idaho Lottery VIP Club member to enter through the website or the Fantasy Blackjack Mobile App. Players are responsible to ensure their VIP and contact information is current.

The Lottery will not enter any information for any person.

You may enter each qualifying ticket number only once. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

One (1) qualifying Fantasy Blackjack scratch ticket is considered one (1) entry.

You must keep your entered tickets for presentation to Lottery Officials for winner/entry verification.

The Lottery will contact the winner by phone and email.

The winner’s name will be posted on the Lottery’s website No later than 3:00 PM MST on March 31, 2014.

The winner must contact the Lottery within 5 days of notification.

Prizes will not be awarded without verification of the ticket from the winning entry.

Only persons 18 or older can enter or participate in any Lottery promotion.

The person who submits the entry is the person who must claim the prize.

Winner can transfer prize to another AFTER the winner has claimed the prize.

If the trip winner is under 21 years of age, they must be accompanied by a person who is at least 21 on the trip.

Prize is NOT redeemable for cash.

Any changes or upgrades to trip itinerary are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The trip does not include: mileage, insurance, gratuities, meals, parking fees, departure fees, excess baggage fees, alcoholic beverages, any items not expressly specified and personal expenses such as telephone calls, valet service, laundry and the like, as well as revision or cancellation fees which may be charged by the hotel, or other suppliers.

The five hundred dollars ($500) cash portion of the Grand Prize will be issued by the Idaho Lottery to the winner at least two weeks prior to the departure of his or her trip.

If the winner fails to show at their elected/designated time of departure, their entire trip, except the $500 in cash, shall be forfeited.

Posting or announcement of winners drawn does not confirm winning status until the winner and winning entries have been verified by Lottery officials.

the winning entry cannot be verified by the Lottery.

the winner has not contacted the Lottery within the required time.

the winner cannot accept or participate in the promotion.

the ticket entered was illegally obtained or if a violation of any law or rule has occurred.

the winner is not of legal age to participate.

You must be 18 years of age to buy, sell, or redeem Lottery tickets in Idaho. No one under 18 can participate in any Lottery promotion, giveaway or game.

Important winner details:

The winner will have 5 days, after notification and posting on the website, to contact the Lottery Security Division. Every effort will be made to contact the winner by phone and e-mail information that was provided by entrant.

The winner’s name will be published on the Idaho Lottery website no later than 3:00 PM MT on the first Wednesday after the official end of the game.

In the event a named winner is disqualified or does not step forward to claim their prize within the required time, the named winner will forfeit their claim to the prize and an alternate will be chosen and contacted. The alternate will then have 5 days from notification to claim their prize.

• Contact the Idaho Lottery Security Division at 208-334-2277.
• Sign and complete the information on the back of the selected, Fantasy Blackjack non-winning scratch ticket.
• Winners must present the selected ticket to Lottery Officials to process their claim.
• Possession of the non-winning ticket is the only method the Lottery has to verify your claim.
• You must complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can get these forms from the Idaho Lottery website (www.idaholottery.com) or request them from the Lottery office.
• When you visit the Lottery office in Boise, you will need the selected non-winning Fantasy Blackjack scratch ticket, the claim form, claim form addendum and a government issued photo identification to claim your prize.

To claim your prize by fax:

• Contact the Idaho Lottery Security Division at 208-334-2277.
• Sign and complete the information on the back of the selected, non-winning World Fantasy Blackjack scratch ticket.
• Make a copy of the front and back of the selected ticket.
• You must also complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can get these forms from the Idaho Lottery website (www.idaholottery.com).
• Make a copy of your government issued photo identification.
• Fax the copies of the selected ticket, claim form, claim form addendum and your government issued photo identification to the Lottery at 208-334-2391.
