LOTTERY WINNER CLAIMS $75,000 SCRATCH GAME PRIZE! 

BOISE – Hopefully Robert H. Bean has large pockets. He’s going to need them with his brand new $75,000 he won from the Idaho Lottery playing the scratch game Viva Las Vegas and claiming the top prize. 

Bean bought the winning ticket at Cigarettes Cheaper in Nampa. Viva Las Vegas was a $7 scratch game with a fun and unique fold out structure and several play areas. 

Bean plays scratch games frequently and periodically tried his luck with Viva Las Vegas, but only scored smaller prizes – he was glad he played this time! He’s not sure what he will do with the money, “something special though,” he noted, and then decided that a few Powerball tickets were in order. The Powerball jackpot is currently estimated at $75 million dollars – and 75 might just be his lucky number.

The next Powerball draw is Saturday June 14, 2003 at 8:59 p.m. MST.
