Boise – The cows had to moo-ve over when the Idaho Lottery seized all the attention at the North Idaho Fair in Coeur d’Alene over the weekend. Lottery player Dan Polla of Mullen was the big winner of the night, garnering the grand prize of $15,000.
Ten contestants took the stage for the game show. Though Polla won the top prize, everyone participating walked away with major prizes, including DJ Morvillo who won $3,000 and Bob Nelson who won $1,500. Members of the audience also got in on the show to win hundreds of dollars in cash prizes.
The contestants were selected in second-chance drawings after entering non-winning 150 Grand scratch tickets. An another anniversary celebration is planned for September 11 at the Eastern Idaho Fair.
