UNO! LOTTERY PLAYER GETS $30,000 TOP PRIZE! 

BOISE – Rebecca Hall bought her second Lottery ticket ever. On her first ticket, 15 years ago, she was so excited to win $11 that she lost the ticket. This time she bought a $3 Uno scratch ticket and was careful to not lose this ticket, which was important because the ticket was a $30,000 top prize winner. 

Rebecca is a two-time cancer survivor, and she considers herself very lucky. “This was just what I needed,” she said. “We’re going to buy something fun.” 

The ticket was purchased at Zip Trip in Bonners Ferry.
