Dave never got excited about the winning ticket until he was in the Lottery office. “I really didn’t think I won,” he said. “My wife was sure it was a winner. I just didn’t believe her so I thought I’d come here and check.” 

Dave, who works in construction, won’t quit his job but says he’ll build a new house with the prize. And pay for the upcoming wedding of one of his four children.
