Coeur
d’Alene Lottery: CDA Man Wins $50,000
Lottery Looking for $20,420 Double Play
Daily Winner from CDA
Boise – Coeur d’Alene is the place to play the
Idaho Lottery today! Last night, one winning ticket sold in Coeur d’Alene for the Idaho
Lottery’s Double Play Daily game matched all five numbers making it a
$20,420 winner! And a Coeur d’Alene man claimed $50,000 top prize on an
Idaho Lottery scratch game this morning in Boise.
For the second time in as many weeks, the progressive
jackpot in the Idaho Lottery’s Double Play Daily game has been won, this
time the winning ticket was sold in Coeur
d’Alene. Double Play Daily offers players the
opportunity to play for two Idaho-only jackpots seven days a week. Players receive one set of numbers for
$2 that is good for both draws each night. The first draw is always for a set
jackpot of $20,000. The second draw is for a progressive jackpot that grows
each draw until it is won. Last
night’s progressive jackpot was worth $20,420. The winning numbers for
last night’s second draw were 07, 13, 16, 25 and 34.
No one has come forward yet to claim the jackpot prize last
night, or from the jackpot won in Caldwell
last week that was worth $28,214. The Idaho Lottery is encouraging players who
played Double Play Daily yesterday in the Coeur
d’Alene area to check their tickets carefully
for winning numbers. All players
are also encouraged to sign the back of their tickets prior to presenting them
for payment.
Also in Coeur d’Alene,
Joseph Shemanski, a Coeur d’Alene resident, won $50,000 on
Snowball Big Bingo, a new holiday Scratch GameTM from
the Idaho Lottery. Shemanski bought the winning ticket at Super 1 Foods in
Hayden. For their part in selling
the winning ticket, Super 1 Foods will receive a $6,000 bonus from the Idaho
Lottery.
