RULES:
- Only Tele-Entry and on-line (Internet) entries will be accepted.
- Mail in entries will NOT be accepted.
- It is the player’s responsibility to enter the correct ticket and contact information.
- You must be an Idaho Lottery VIP Club member to enter through the website. Players are responsible to ensure their VIP and contact information is current
- The Lottery will not enter any information for any person.
- You may enter each non-winning ticket number only once. Duplicate entries will be rejected and/or disqualified.
- Two (2) non-winning World Poker Tour™ scratch tickets are considered one (1) entry.
- You must keep your entered tickets for presentation to Lottery Officials for winner/ and entry verification.
- Prizes will not be awarded without verification of the tickets from the winning entry.
- There will be one (1) drawing a month for six (6) months for a World Poker™ chip set.
- Draw dates are: 5/5/08, 6/2/08, 7/7/08, 8/4/08, 9/2/08 and 10/6/08
- Tickets entered up to noon on draw date will be included in that draw. Tickets entered after noon of draw date will be entered into the following scheduled draw.
- Entries for theWorld Poker™ chip set(s) are only valid for the one (1) poker chip draw and for the final top prize draw. The same tickets cannot be used as an entry into another World Poker™ chip set draw. Duplicate entries will be rejected.
- The draw date for the final top prize of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) will be determined and announced by the Lottery when either the game has sold, claimed out or after official game end.
- All entries will be eligible for the final top prize draw. All entries for the World Poker™ chip set(s), plus those entries entered up until official game end, will be eligible for the one hundred thousand dollar ($100,000) top prize.
- The merchandise prizes may not be redeemed for cash.
- Winner names will be posted on the Lottery’s website by 3:00 PM of the draw date. The Lottery will also contact the winners by phone.
- The winner must contact the Lottery within 21 days of notification.
An alternate for the prizes will be chosen and contacted in the event of the following:
1. the winner cannot be notified due to incorrect or lack of contact cccinformation
2. the winning entries cannot be verified by the Lottery
3. the winner has not contacted the Lottery within the required time
4. the winner cannot accept or participate in the promotion
5. the tickets entered were illegally obtained or if a violation of any law or ddrules has occurred
6. the winner is not of legal age to participate.
You must be 18 years of age to buy, sell, or redeem Lottery tickets in Idaho. Persons under 18 cannot participate in any Lottery promotion, giveaway or game.
Important winner details:
Winners will have 21 days, after notification and posting on the website, to contact the Lottery Security Division. Every effort will be made to contact winners by the phone number provided by entrant.
Winners’ names will be published on the Idaho Lottery website no later than 3:00 PM MTon all draw dates.
In the event a named winner is disqualified or does not step forward to claim their prize within the required time, the named winner will forfeit their claim to the prize and an alternate will be chosen and contacted. The alternate will then have 21 days from notification to claim their prize.
To claim your prize in person at the Idaho Lottery office in Boise (1199 Shoreline Lane Boise, Idaho:
- Contact the Idaho Lottery Security Division at 208-334-2277.
- Sign and complete the information on the back of the selected, non-winning World Poker Tour™ scratch tickets.
- Winners must present the selected tickets to Lottery Officials to process their claim.
- Possession of the non-winning tickets is the only method the Lottery has to verify your claim.
- You must complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can get these forms from the Idaho Lottery website (www.idaholottery.com) or request them from the Lottery office.
- When you visit the Lottery office in Boise, you will need the selected non-winning World Poker Tour™ scratch tickets, the claim form, claim form addendum and photo identification to claim your prize.
To claim your prize by fax:
- Contact the Idaho Lottery Security Division at 208-334-2277.
- Sign and complete the information on the back of the selected, non-winning World Poker Tour™ scratch tickets.
- Make a copy of the back of the selected tickets.
- You must also complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can get these forms from the Idaho Lottery website (www.idaholottery.com) or request them from the Lottery office.
- Make a copy of your photo identification.
- Fax the copies of the selected tickets, claim form, claim form addendum and your photo identification to the Lottery at 208-334-2391.
