Anniversary Final Cake – 2nd Chance Event:

ALL entries from all three games during the campaign, from launch in February until June 30, 2024 will be eligible for the FINAL CAKE EVENT held on Friday, July 19, 2024 in Boise. Five winners will be selected, once per month, to travel to Boise and participate for a chance to win up to $10,000. Each finalist, regardless of where they live, will receive $500 in travel money. Finalists from outside the greater Treasure Valley area will also receive hotel accommodations.

The FINAL CAKE EVENT will be broadcast LIVE on the Lottery’s social media channels. Sign up for the Anniversary Event online to watch the LIVE EVENT! During the event, there will be five, very large, anniversary cakes baked and loaded with a prize hidden inside the creamy, delicious layers. The finalists, dressed in protective clothing, will each select a cake and then dig through in search of their prize. The fastest to find their prize wins an additional $350 in Scratch tickets.

The winning prize amount in the FINAL CAKE EVENT is $10,000! The Runner-up prizes are $5,000, $3,000, $2,000 and $1,000.

Promotion Description:

Enter any non-winning 35^th Anniversary Family of Games Scratch ticket; $5- 35^th Anniversary (1776), $10- 35^th Anniversary (1777), or $20- 35th Anniversary (1778); for a chance to win a monthly rolling jackpot prize.

Five (5) finalists will also be drawn, one per month, to travel to Boise/Meridian and participate in a Final Cake Event on 7/19/2024 for a chance to win up to $10,000.

Prizes:

Rolling Jackpot monthly prizes: Jackpot amounts start at $3,000 and will increase with each ticket entered until it closes at 11:59 p.m. MT the last day of each month. The jackpot amount at 11:59 p.m. MT on the last calendar day of the month is the winning amount for that month. Once the jackpot closes it will reset for the next month at $3,000.

Final Cake Event prizes: Five (5) finalists will receive $500 in travel money to compete in the Final Cake Event. There will be five (5) real anniversary cakes baked with a prize amount inside. Prize amounts are: $10,000, $5,000, $3,000, $2,000, & $1,000. The fastest to reveal their prize will receive an additional $350 in Scratch tickets.

Entry Dates:

Monthly Drawings:The entry period ends on the last day of each month at 11:59 p.m. MT, beginning February 29, 2024, and ending July 31, 2024. Tickets are only eligible for the monthly drawing in which they are entered. Entries do not carry over to the next draw.

Final Cake Event: All entries through 6/30/2024 will be entered to win one of five finalist prizes. Tickets are only eligible for the monthly drawing in which they are entered. Entries do not carry over to the next draw.

How to Enter

To enter online; go to vip.idaholottery.com and sign up or log in. Click on the Promotions tab and select Current Promotions. Click “Enter Code” for the 35^th Anniversary and enter the 8-digit alphanumeric code on the front of your ticket. Play an online game to reveal the number of entries you’ve won.

Rules:

• Only online entries will be accepted.
• Mail in entries will NOT be accepted.
• It is the player’s responsibility to enter the correct ticket numbers and contact information.
• Only Idaho Lottery VIP Club members will be able to enter through the website.
• The Lottery will not enter any information for any person.
• The Lottery cannot make any changes to any entry.
• Tickets may be entered only once. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
• Winning tickets will be required for presentation to claim prize.
• Prizes will not be awarded without verification of the ticket from the winning entry.
• All prize fulfillments are subject to compliance with any State, Federal or local laws.
• All prize amounts are subject to Federal and State taxes, and any applicable debt set-off or state withholdings, as required by law.

Posting or announcement of winner drawn does not confirm winning status until the winner and winning entry has been verified by Lottery officials.

An alternate for the prize will be chosen and contacted in the event of the following:

• The winner cannot be notified due to incorrect or lack of contact information.
• The winning entry cannot be verified by the Lottery.
• The winner has not contacted the Lottery within the required time.
• The winner cannot accept or participate in the promotion.
• The ticket entered was illegally obtained or if a violation of any law or rule has occurred.
• The winner is not of legal age to participate.

You must be 18 years of age to buy, sell, or redeem Lottery tickets in Idaho. Persons under 18 cannot participate in any Lottery promotion, giveaway, or game.

Tickets determined to be in a stolen and/or missing inventory status or not part of a valid sold or activated Idaho Lottery inventory status will be disqualified. Presentation of an illegally obtained Idaho Lottery scratch ticket is a felony pursuant to Idaho Code 67-7448(2). The Lottery reserves the right to fully prosecute and seek damages from any individual in violation of these rules of the law.

Important Winner Details:

The Lottery will contact the winners of the drawing. Each winner will have five (5) days from notification to contact Idaho Lottery Security. Every effort will be made to contact winners by the contact information provided by the entrant.

In the event a named winner is disqualified or does not step forward to claim their prize within the required time, the named winner will forfeit their claim to the prize and an alternate will be chosen and contacted. The alternate will then have seventy-two (72) hours from notification to contact Idaho Lottery Security.

Claiming Prizes:

• Contact the Idaho Lottery Security at 208-780-2550.
• Winner must complete and sign Promotion/2nd Chance Claim Form.
• Winner must present a government issued identification & winning ticket to claim prize.
• Prizes may be claimed in person at the Lottery Office (located at 1199 Shoreline Ln. Suite 100, Boise, ID 83702), by mail (P.O. Box 6537, Boise, ID 83707), or by email (info@lottery.idaho.gov).

Refusal to sign the release or to participate in the event will result in disqualification from any prizes. The Lottery may use, without limitation, an entrant’s hometown, name, likeness, and/or voice in any promotion, research, marketing, publication, or other advertising media including, but not limited to, the Idaho Lottery website and social media platforms, without notice, compensation, or additional release.

In the event the winner suffers from a disability or physical ailment preventing participation in the event; the prizewinner may designate a proxy. Neither prizewinner nor proxy will be permitted to remain anonymous, and both will be required to sign an appearance release and waiver of anonymity. The prizewinner and proxy must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to participate in the event. Any prize resulting from the proxy participation shall be attributed to the prizewinner and the prizewinner shall have no further opportunities to participate.

Prizewinners and proxies will be expected to maintain an appropriate standard of dress and personal appearance. Prizewinners and/or proxies will not be permitted to wear any clothing reflecting any logo(s) or inappropriate graphics, profanity, or political and/or religious messages. All attire must be approved solely at the discretion of the Lottery. Prizewinners and/or proxies may be required to wear alternative, branded clothing at the sole discretion of the Lottery.

The Lottery, at its sole discretion, may disqualify a prizewinner or proxy from participating in any aspect of the event if deemed or suspected, as determined by the Lottery’s discretion, that such prizewinner or proxy has engaged or has attempted to engage in any of the following:

• Act in violation of these Official Rules.
• Act with intent to annoy, harass, or abuse any other person involved in the event.
• Behave in any unsportsmanlike, inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, inebriated, unusual or boisterous behavior or activity.
