Cash Cooler 2nd Chance Drawing Rules

Prizes:

Six (6) Cash Coolers, one (1) per week for six (6) weeks. The value of the coolers will be between $500 - $4,000 in Cash + $500 in merchandise. The value of the cooler given away each week will be selected at random and will not be revealed until it is presented to the winner.

Promotion Available:

5/12/25 at 12:01 a.m. MT until 11:59 p.m. MT on 6/22/25

Entry Dates:

Weekly drawing entry period ends every Sunday at 11:59 p.m. MT, beginning Sunday, May 18, 2025. Entries are only eligible for the weekly drawing in which they are entered. Entries do not carry over to the next draw.

Winner Announcement:

The Lottery will post the name of the winner on the website no later than 3:00 p.m. on the following dates:

5/27/2025
6/3/2025
6/10/2025
6/17/2025
6/24/2025

How to Enter:

To enter, go to vip.idaholottery.com and sign-up or log-in. Click on the “Promotions & 2nd Chance tab” then look for "Cash Cooler 2nd Chance Drawing". Enter the 14-digit ticket number of any non-winning Cash Spectacular scratch ticket. (See diagram)

Rules:

• Only online entries will be accepted.
• Mail in entries will NOT be accepted.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their contact information is current.
• The Lottery will not enter any information for any person.
• You may enter each qualifying ticket number only once. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
• One (1) qualifying Cash Spectacular scratch ticket is considered one (1) entry.
• You must keep your entered ticket for presentation to Lottery Officials for winner/entry verification.
• Prizes will not be awarded without verification of the ticket from the winning entry.
• The Lottery will attempt to contact the winner by phone immediately after the draw.
• The winner must contact the Lottery within four (4) business days of notification.
• Only persons 18 or older can enter or participate in any Lottery promotion.
• The person who submits the entry is the person who must claim the prize.
• Winners will not have an option to claim anonymity and will be required to sign a waiver and appearance release. Refusals to sign the release will result in disqualification from prizes. The Lottery may use, without limitation, an entrant’s hometown, name, likeness, and/or voice in any promotion, research, marketing, publication, or other advertising media including, but not limited to, the Idaho Lottery website and social media platforms, without notice, compensation, or additional release.
• All prize fulfillments are subject to compliance with any State, Federal or local laws.
• Prize fulfillment is subject to Idaho laws 67-7437, 56-203E and 63-3060 regarding delinquencies in child support and/or state taxes being turned over to the Department of Health and Welfare and/or Idaho State Tax Commission. Any delinquency will only affect the cash portion of the prize.

Posting or announcement of winner drawn does not confirm winning status until the winner and winning entry have been verified by Lottery officials.

An alternate winner will be chosen and contacted in the event of the following:

• The winner cannot be notified due to incorrect or lack of contact information.
• The winning entry cannot be verified by the Lottery.
• The winner has not contacted the Lottery within the required time.
• The winner cannot accept or participate in the promotion.
• The ticket entered was illegally obtained or if a violation of any law or rule has occurred.
• The winner is not of legal age to participate.

You must be 18 years of age to buy, sell, or redeem Lottery tickets in Idaho. Persons under 18 cannot participate in any Lottery promotion, giveaway, or game.

Important winner details:

The winner will have four (4) business days after notification to contact Idaho Lottery Security. Every effort will be made to contact the winner by phone and the e-mail information that was provided by the entrant.
In the event a named winner is disqualified or does not step forward to claim their prize within the required time, the named winner will forfeit their claim to the prize and an alternate will be chosen and contacted. The alternate will then have four (4) business days from notification to contact Idaho Lottery Security.

Claiming Prizes:

• Contact the Idaho Lottery Security at 208-780-2550.
• The winner must complete the Promotion/2nd Chance Claim Form.
• The winner must present government issued identification & winning ticket to claim prize.
• The winner must sign the Photo Release Form.
• Prizes may be claimed in person at the Lottery Office (located at 1199 Shoreline Ln. Suite 100, Boise, ID 83702), by mail (P.O. Box 6537, Boise, ID 83707), or by email.
