Magic Valley Million Dollar Winner!

BOISE, Idaho ÔÇô Idaho has a new millionaire! One lucky player who bought a Powerball ticket for last night's $336.4 million Powerball draw in the Magic Valley is holding a million dollar winner. The Idaho Lottery has confirmed a single ticket matched all five of the first numbers, but not the Powerball number, and is worth $1,000,000. The winning ticket was sold at an Idaho Lottery retail location in Twin Falls County. The winning numbers from last night's draw were 1, 10, 37, 52, 57 and the Powerball was 11.

ÔÇï"Luck happens every day in Idaho. Last night, in addition to the million dollar winner, we also had over 18,500 winning tickets that won other prizes on Powerball," said Jeff Anderson, Idaho Lottery Director. "We are encouraging everyone who played Powerball for last night's draw to check their tickets carefully for winners. Too often we see players not match the Powerball and think they do not have a winning ticket. In this case, the ticket matched all five of the first numbers and is worth $1,000,000."

ÔÇïLast night's big winning ticket is the Idaho Lottery's eighth $1,000,000 winner on Powerball since 2005 and the thirty-third million dollar or higher winning ticket in Idaho since 1989.

ÔÇïLast night's winner has 180 days to claim their prize from Idaho Lottery headquarters in Boise.

ÔÇïThe new Powerball jackpot for Wednesday night's draw is now $40 million.
