Idaho Family has 200,000 Reasons to be Thankful for In-laws

Boise – For the Cremer family, who lives in Nampa, this Thanksgiving was truly wonderful thanks to a brother in-law! Greg Cremer and his wife and brother in-law Paul Moore won $200,000 on a winning Powerball ticket. Paul was visiting from San Diego for a family Thanksgiving. The Cremers don’t often play Powerball, but every time Paul visits he gets them to go in on tickets. They purchased a $10 quickpick at the Gem Stop on Midland Boulevard in Nampa on Wednesday. Paul was up early on Thanksgiving Day to look at the numbers on the Lottery website. He scanned down the $10 quickpick checking the numbers and the last row caught his eye. All the numbers except the Powerball matched. The winning numbers were 03, 11, 13, 20, 40, and the Powerball was 20.

“This was a wonderful Thanksgiving for our family,” remarked Greg Cremer. “We can’t wait until Paul visits us again.”

“We’ve had many close calls to winning the big jackpot recently, so it’s great to have another big winner from Idaho,” announced Jeff Anderson, Idaho Lottery Director. The Cremer’s $200,000 winning Powerball ticket was the third $200,000 winning Powerball ticket purchased in Idaho since Veteran’s Day. It’s also the fifth six-figure or higher prize won in Idaho since October.

“Idaho is just a lucky place to play the Lottery,” exclaimed Anderson.
