Lottery Offers Two Trips to Fiesta Bowl

 

Boise – The Idaho Lottery has caught Fiesta Bowl Fever. Two lucky Boise State Broncos fans will be traveling in style to this year’s 2007 Fiesta Bowl.  

 

As part of a special promotion from now through December 26, 2006, every Lottery player who purchases a $10 PowerPlay ticket will receive a voucher to enter on-line for their chance to the Broncos take on the Sooners on New Year’s Day.

 

“We’ve been a long time sponsor of BSU football and are excited for their opportunity against Oklahoma in Arizona,” said Lottery spokesman David Workman. “Tickets and travel are expensive. Our package offers fans the chance at a great opportunity to see the Broncos in the biggest game of the school’s history.”

 

The drawing for the two grand prizes will occur early on the morning of December 27, 2006. The winners will leave on December 31, 2006 on a two night, three day trip to Phoenix. Round-trip airfare is included, along with airport and game-day transportation. They will stay the Frank-Lloyd Wright inspired Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa, a four-star resort known as the Jewel of the Desert, receive tickets to the pre-game tailgate party, and get two tickets to the big game.

 

“This package is the ultimate trip for any Bronco fan,” added Workman.

 

When players visit their lottery retailer, they should ask the clerk for a $10 PowerPlay ticket. PowerPlay is a multiplier on the Powerball.  This ticket will give players five chances at the Powerball jackpot and also multiply any non-jackpot winnings by a factor of 2 to 5, depending on which number is chosen.  When the players purchase this ticket, the lottery terminal will also print a voucher that players can enter on the Lottery’s website for a chance at the grand prize.
