Tracy, who was in Boise to help a friend take care of his home after a fire, stopped to pick up photographs at Albertsons and bought one Hummer ticket. “I always buy tickets when I stop at the store,” she said. “But if I wasn’t helping my friend, I wouldn’t have gone to that Albertsons.” 

When she scratched the winner, she couldn’t believe it and immediately drove to the Lottery office in the used Subaru she’s just bought three days ago. 

“I’m going to sell the Subaru I just got and keep the Hummer,” Tracy said.
