Wish Delivered: Name Tags and STEM Activities
This Wishlist will give multiple STEM learning tools, toys, and name tag supplies. Teacher Amy Hill says, “My students use their name tags for letter identification, the number line, hundreds chart, and place value. The name tags are used daily. The STEM activities will provide my students with opportunities to work together, use their imagination, and create.”

Wish Delivered: Wiggle Gear
This wishlist will give Classroom sets of wiggle gear including wiggle stools, pads, bands and feet, as well as headphones. Teacher Laura Forsgren says, this award will. “Enhance the classroom environment, both academically and physically! Students are working hard all day, and I would love to provide them a more comfortable and active environment to learn. The wobble cushions and swivel chairs will help with that! Having bike pedals underneath a desk will keep students active while learning."Wish Amount: $800

Teacher Nicole Weight says that “The Idaho 1st grade science standards require students learn about life science in two different ways; determining patterns in behavior of parents and offspring that help offspring survive AND use models to describe that organisms have unique and diverse life cycles, but all have in common birth, growth, reproduction, and death. Many of my students come from farming families and have strong connections to livestock. Using this background knowledge, I would like to connect their interests with our science standards and incubate poultry in our classroom."
