How to Enter:
Players enter an 8-digit, alphanumeric App Code on the front of their non-winning Idaho State Parks (Game #1528) scratch ticket to play a game to reveal entries into the 2nd Chance Draw.

Grand Prize winners will have their choice of Idaho state park adventure. Choose from one of three amazing adventure packages—each include lodging and a two-night stay in an Idaho State Park! In addition, the Grand Prize winner will receive $3,000 in cash.

Each park experiences unique fluctuations during peak season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Entry Dates:
Tickets are only eligible for the weekly draw in which they are entered. Entries do not carry over to the next draw. However, ALL entries will be eligible for the Grand Prize Ultimate Adventure.
Weekly entries must be entered Monday at 11:59 p.m. MT beginning July 6, 2020 and continuing each Monday until the official end of game.
Winner Announcement:
The winner for each weekly drawing will be announced by 3:00 p.m. MT on Idaho Lottery’s website Wednesday beginning July 8, 2020 and continuing each Wednesday until the official end of game.
The Lottery will post the name of the Grand Prize winner within three business days of the official end of game.
Rules:
· Only Online entries will be accepted.
· Mail in entries will NOT be accepted.
· Players are responsible to ensure their VIP and contact information is current.
· The Lottery will not enter any information for any person.
· You may enter each qualifying ticket number only once.
· You must keep your entered ticket for presentation to Lottery Officials for winner/entry verification.
· Prizes will not be awarded without verification of the ticket from the winning entry.
· The Lottery will attempt to contact the winner by phone immediately after the draw.
· The winner must contact the Lottery within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.
· Only persons 18 or older can enter or participate in any Lottery promotion.
· The person who submits the entry is the person who must claim the prize.
· Winner can transfer prize to another AFTER the winner has claimed the prize.
· There is no cash equivalent for the prize, unless the winner has a tax lien or withholding judgment against them. In only this case, the cash value would be equal to the prize amount less the lien or judgment. Any balance remaining from the prize value would then be issued in travel vouchers to the winner and is not redeemable for cash.
· Any changes or upgrades to trip itinerary are the sole responsibility of the winner.
· All prize fulfillments are subject to compliance with any State, Federal or local laws.
Posting or announcement of winner drawn does not confirm winning status until the winner and winning entry has been verified by Lottery officials.
An alternate for the prize will be chosen and contacted in the event of the following:
· The winner cannot be notified due to incorrect or lack of contact information.
· The winning entry cannot be verified by the Lottery.
· The winner has not contacted the Lottery within the required time.
· The winner cannot accept or participate in the promotion.
· The ticket entered was illegally obtained or if a violation of any law or rule has occurred.
· The winner is not of legal age to participate.
You must be 18 years of age to buy, sell, or redeem Lottery tickets in Idaho. Persons under 18 cannot participate in any Lottery promotion, giveaway or game.
Important winner details:
The winner will have seventy-two (72) hours after notification to contact Idaho Lottery Customer Service. Every effort will be made to contact the winner by phone and the e-mail information that was provided by the entrant.
In the event a named winner is disqualified or does not step forward to claim their prize within the required time, the named winner will forfeit their claim to the prize and an alternate will be chosen and contacted. The alternate will then have forty-eight (48) hours from notification to claim their prize.
To claim your prize in person at the Idaho Lottery office in Boise (1199 Shoreline Lane):
· Contact the Idaho Lottery Customer Service at 208-334-2600.
· Sign and complete the information on the back of the selected ticket.
· Winners must present the selected ticket to Lottery Officials to process their claim.
· Possession of the non-winning ticket is the only method the Lottery has to verify your claim.
· You must complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can obtain these forms from the Idaho Lottery website (www.idaholottery.com) or request them from the Lottery office.
· When you visit the Lottery office in Boise, you will need the selected ticket, the claim form, claim form addendum and a government issued photo identification to claim your prize.
To claim your prize by fax:
· Contact the Idaho Lottery Customer Service at 208-334-2600.
· Sign and complete the information on the back of the selected ticket.
· You must also complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can get these forms from the Idaho Lottery website (www.idaholottery.com).
· Make a copy of your government issued photo identification.
· Fax the copies of the selected ticket, claim form, claim form addendum and your government issued photo identification to the Lottery at 208-334-2610.
